A Unique opportunity to experience Ancient Traditional Tantric Practices
This is more than a retreat, it is a complete Tantrik process using ancient tools of a spiritual system that is rooted in the science of nature.
This Tantra Sadhana experience is working with the tools of Yantra- Mantra – Yagna and Kriya, such practices in themselves are powerful spiritual tools to connect with divine energy and when they come through the guidance of an authentic lineage can have a direct and safe effect on our kundalini energy.
This workshop will help you to experience a tradition that has sustained for eons, preserving the authenticity of Tantra and spiritual practices as tools for cultivating energy and consciousness.
In Tantra we also use the corresponding Mantra which is the sound vibration of the particular energy we are working with, which for us will be with the grace of Ganesh.
The repetition of his mantra with the support of his yantra builds the frequency of this beneficial energy inside of us, purifying us, and helping us to embody our divine energy.
YANTRA & MANTRA
A Yantra is a geometrical design which holds the energy of the divine in the astral and physical planes. The different geometric patterns symbolically represent different aspects of the forces of the universe.
WORKING WITH GANESHA
We will be celebrating Ganesha as the Lord of New Beginnings and the Remover of Obstacles, as well as the God of Wisdom and Intelligence. In the Gregorian calendar, Ganesh Chaturthi falls between 22 of August and 20 of September every year.

Location & Culinary
The retreat takes place on a lively farm at the base of Abruzzo National Park, surrounded by forests, orchards, and walking paths. A wooden platform in the woods serves as our main practice space, while nearby villages and the historic town of Sora offer scenic walks and local charm.
The farm is home to an international community of residents and volunteers, orchards with seasonal fruits, vegetable gardens, chickens, and ducks. Meals are simple, wholesome, and Italian: freshly baked bread, seasonal fruit, eggs, pasta, roasted vegetables, salads, and homemade sauces. Eating is communal, creating connection, warmth, and a sense of belonging.

You can find us on Google Maps or Waze as italyfarmstay, Pescosolido. Our exact address is: Via Colledardo, 8 , Pescosolido, 03030, Frosinone. We are inside a little neighborhood with a few houses. Please use waze app, it will take you through the right route. There are two entrances for it: the first one to the right is very narrow and that is where the Google GPS will normally take. Then if you get there, you are only two minutes away and you will need to go back to the main road and continue driving uphill and the GPS will reconfigure the route for you. You will need to take the main road uphill that is much wider and suitable for cars, then turn right.
