A Retreat in Nature, Simplicity & Beauty
Our retreat takes place at Yoga Farm Italy, surrounded by forests, mountains, creeks, and silence in the heart of Abruzzo National Park.
Life at the farm follows a simple rhythm, simple food, fresh air, meaningful conversations, and time to reconnect with nature. Between sessions, you’ll have space to rest, explore nearby trails, journal, or simply be.
Food is an important part of the experience. We serve fresh vegetarian meals made with care, inspired by seasonal ingredients and shared around the table in community.

- Want to step away from everyday routines and reconnect with nature
- Enjoy immersive experiences and are open to self-inquiry and shared practices

What you’ll experience
Traditional Tantric Foundations
Explore sacred practices such as Yagna (fire ritual), tantric visualisation techniques and the understanding of human experience as a living triad: essence, potential, and embodied expression — known across lineages as Shiva, Shakti, and the individual being.
Tantra Hatha Yoga
A daily embodied practice designed to regulate prana, heighten sensory awareness, and deepen your connection to the subtle body. Work with chakras, elements, breath, and energy channels to experience Tantra as a lived reality, grounding spiritual insight directly in your body.
Connection & Group Practices
Guided relational and group experiences designed to cultivate presence, loving awareness, and the recognition of shared essence. Through simple yet profound practices, learn to meet yourself and others beyond habitual judgments and projections, opening to the same spark of life and love that flows through all that exists.
Bhakti & Devotion
Open the heart through chanting, music nights, and collective celebration. Cultivate devotion, gratitude, and joy as natural expressions of love and aliveness
Nature & Elements
Immerse yourself in a farm-based sanctuary in Southern Italy, nestled at the edge of Abruzzo National Park. The land itself becomes a teacher, offering stillness, grounding, simplicity, and deep reconnection with the living world through nature-based ritual and mindful presence.
What you’ll take away:
- A greater awareness of your inner energy flow and aliveness
- A deeper sense of ease, safety and belonging within your own body
- Practical insight into traditional Tantra and how it supports everyday life
- A felt sense of authentic connection with yourself and others
- A softening of habitual tension or self-judgment, replaced with ease and self-responsibility
- Moments of joy, gratitude, and heart-opening presence that arise naturally in the heart
- A spark of curiosity and aliveness, opening you to meet life fully
- Belonging and connection, shared deeply within a simple, present community

Ana Ichim
Ana’s journey through Yoga and Tantra has taken her across continents and into the heart of diverse spiritual traditions. It all began in her early twenties, when she first encountered Indian spirituality and felt a deep call to practice.
She completed a 200-hour teacher training at the Eldorado Mountain Ashram in the U.S. in 2017, another 200-hour training with Green Yoga International in Spain in 2020, and a 50-hour training in Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2022. In the years that followed, Ana undertook a 300-hour formal initiation in traditional Tantra within the Sharab Yog lineage in India, grounding her practice in Tantra Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kashmir Shaivism, and the sacred texts of Yoga and Tantra.
While formal trainings have certainly shaped her path, Ana places far greater value on the transformation that comes through lived experience, through the embodiment of teachings, sincere devotion, and consistent personal practice.
Ana aims to pass on the teachings of Yoga and Tantra with an open heart, her approach is intuitive – meeting others where they are and honouring the unique rhythm of each person’s unfolding.
