Hatha Tantra Yoga Teacher Training

200-Hour Certification | 21-Day Immersion + 6-Month Integration

April 19 – May 9, 2026 | Yoga Farm, Italy

Rooted in the living traditions of Hatha and Tantra Yoga, this training offers a deep immersion into the heart of practice. Set on a family-run yoga farm at the edge of Abruzzo National Park in central Italy, the experience unfolds in rhythm with the land among forests, mountains, animals, and open skies.

Here, yoga is not just something you do, it’s a way of being. The body is honored as a temple of awareness, breath becomes a doorway, and practice a return to what is essential.

This is not a fast-track certification.

It’s a grounded and sincere initiation into a living tradition.

Rather than rushing toward a certificate, we move slowly — allowing time for self-inquiry, digestion, embodiment, and integration. Through intimate guidance, shared rituals, and a strong container of mentorship, this becomes more than a course. It becomes a turning point.

If you feel ready to walk a sincere path, this training offers a space to remember what is essential — and begin again, in presence.

This training is for you if:

• You are drawn to the spiritual and energetic roots of yoga

• You are ready to engage in sincere inner work

• You want to live yoga as a daily, integrated path

• You seek time and space to truly embody the teachings

• You value discipline, self-awareness, and grounded practice

• You are already teaching and want to deepen your foundation

• You appreciate a small, intentional group learning environment

What Makes This Training Unique:

✓ A 6 month journey designed for true integration

✓ Rooted in classical teachings — Hatha, Tantra, Vedanta, Kashmir Shaivism

✓ Immersed in nature – practice among trees, silence, and simplicity

✓ Small group for meaningful connection and personalized mentorship

✓ Embodied approach — yoga as lived experience, not just technique

OUR TEACHERS

Antonio Siragusa

Antonio grew up in the mountains of Abruzzo on an organic farm, where he developed a profound relationship with the land and the cycles of nature. Before becoming a teacher, he studied yoga and meditation in India and Thailand, and has practiced for over a decade. His real training, however, came from integrating these teachings into everyday life – building a community, working the soil, meditating before dawn, and walking the path not in theory, but in practice.

With a background in philosophy, Antonio bridges East and West, mind and body, tradition and modern life. He pursued a Master’s degree in psychology and Eastern philosophies, bringing an interdisciplinary depth to his approach.

Antonio is the founder of the Yoga Farm, an intentional community rooted in yoga, nature, and shared purpose. His teaching is simple, direct, and deeply alive, grounded in the living experience of yoga as a path of service.

For him, a teacher is not someone who shows off knowledge, but someone who lives what they speak. In this training, he brings the wisdom of the land, the patience of real-life integration, and the clarity of someone who has walked the path for many years – quietly, steadily, and with heart.

Michael Chatzopoulos

Michael, a devoted tantra and yoga teacher, began his journey at a young age, eventually immersing himself in Eastern mysticism and yoga in the Himalayan mountains. Under the guidance of his Indian mentor, he was initiated into the traditions of yoga, laying the foundation for his spiritual exploration.

Over the years, he deepened his understanding of tantra and yoga, studying with esteemed teachers across Asia, Europe, and America. Among them was the great Kirantana Khalsa, as well as Gurus from Shivoham Tantra School in India and Satyaloka School in Greece. He also completed a 500-hour Yoga TTC in India with Rishikesh Yog Peeth and studied with various schools in Southern Thailand, focusing on yoga and tantra.

Additionally, he has participated in silent meditation retreats and has taught workshops in different countries. Since then, he has been sharing his knowledge through retreats, teacher trainings, and private sessions.

Michael’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that evolution is an inherent part of life. Through spiritual technologies like yoga, we can actively accelerate our journey toward liberation. He recognizes that this transformative process brings equilibrium, joy, safety, and beauty into our lives, guiding us toward a more compassionate and authentic existence. With deep gratitude for the wisdom imparted to him by his teachers and gurus, he aspires not only to support others on their spiritual path but also to contribute to a collective awakening—fostering a community dedicated to service and spiritual growth.

His commitment lies in creating a space where individuals can explore the depths of yoga, embracing both its profound wisdom and practical applications.

Ana Ichim

Ana’s journey through Yoga and Tantra has taken her across continents and into the heart of diverse spiritual traditions. It all began in her early twenties, when she first encountered Indian spirituality and felt a deep call to practice.

She completed a 200-hour teacher training at the Eldorado Mountain Ashram in the U.S. in 2017, another 200-hour training with Green Yoga International in Spain in 2020, and a 50-hour training in Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2022. In the years that followed, Ana undertook a 300-hour formal initiation in traditional Tantra within the Sharab Yog lineage in India, grounding her practice in Tantra Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Kashmir Shaivism, and the sacred texts of Yoga and Tantra.

While formal trainings have certainly shaped her path, Ana places far greater value on the transformation that comes through lived experience, through the embodiment of teachings, sincere devotion, and consistent personal practice.

Ana aims to pass on the teachings of Yoga and Tantra with an open heart, her approach is intuitive – meeting others where they are and honouring the unique rhythm of each person’s unfolding.
