Our Retreats

Yoga Farm Italy

A simple farm retreat space at the edge of Abruzzo National Park, shaped by yoga, nature, and community life. Guests come here to practice yoga, walk or hike, rest, spend time outdoors, and meet people from all over the world.

Life at the farm moves at an easy pace, with room for both quiet time and shared moments, around meals, in practice, or on the land.

Retreats follow an open format. Rather than fixed schedules, we offer simple structures that support your stay. You choose when to arrive, how long to stay, and how your time here unfolds.

A small international community of volunteers and travelers is part of daily life, giving the place a warm, lived-in feeling.

Food at the farm is simple, fresh, and shared. Meals are cooked daily and eaten together, using good-quality ingredients, some from the land and some from nearby local producers. We make our own olive oil, tomato sauce, and wine, and bread comes fresh each morning from the local bakery.Cooking is mostly vegetarian, light, and nourishing, with seasonal vegetables, grains, and herbs from the farm. Fruit from the orchard is available when in season.

The Land & Surroundings

The farm is set in nature between the town of Sora and the village of Pescosolido, at the edge of Abruzzo National Park. It sits in a small rural neighborhood, with the land itself remaining open and spacious, surrounded by olive trees, animals, and wide outdoor areas to rest or wander.
Behind the farm stretches a forest with several walking trails and a small creek that runs most of the year. Guests are free to explore the land, walk into nature, or simply spend time outdoors at their own pace.

What people say about us

This is a hidden gem in the middle of the mountains. I love practicing yoga on chilly September mornings and hiking in the afternoon. The breakfast was always amazing and dinner as well. I just loved being surprised by the beautiful spontaneity of it all.

The setting is beautiful – quiet and rural and the energy of the place is very calming. The people are lovely and supportive and also very adaptable. The food was delicious and varied. There was a lot of choice for activities which you were made aware of each evening.
I was slightly unwell when I arrived and they looked after me so wonderfully I felt really cared for.
– Rebecca B
The retreat is in a very rural location. It was amazing to see such a beautiful part of Italy. All the farm staff are very lovely and made me feel welcome. I did the yoga, mindfulness walk and horse back riding. These activities were completely amazing.
